Just down the road is a large quiet area on the river with a boat ramp and several dirt trails. It is a great place to fish, kayak, bike, or take your dog swimming. Spring Creek is fun to float on inner tubes.
Locust Grove is one and a half hours west of Fayetteville. It is less than an hour east of Tulsa. There are several restaurants, shops and a Walmart within 15 minutes of the cabin.
All of the appliances, the hot tub, and most of the furnishings are included at asking price.
